The Process
1. Design & Diamonds
The first stage is for us to design your ring and find the best diamond, both for your approval. We will create scale designs of your ring from 4 different angles and there is no limit to the amount of revisions. Each diamond is hand selected by us and we will always offer advice if required. We ask for a 10% deposit to complete this work.
2. The Build
Once approved, we start work on your ring in our workshops. This takes around 4 weeks and we ask for a 40% payment to start this work (so you’ve paid 50% at this stage).
3. Collection or Delivery
Once completed we will send you a video of your ring. You are welcome to collect and pay the final 50% in person from our offices. Alternatively, once paid for, we can deliver to you with full insurance (free to all UK addresses). Please ask us about international delivery costs.
