Custom or Bespoke Jewellery: Made-to-order or engraved pieces are non-refundable, as they are crafted uniquely for you.
Resized, Altered, or Repaired Items: Jewellery that has been adjusted or modified is not eligible for return.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
